Jenny has spent her whole career supporting people to excel and become more than they think they can be. She has been an Executive Leader in Marks and Spencer where she had key responsibility for People Policy, Occupational Health and Employee Engagement. She left to set up her own UK consultancy working with multiple organisations to help them achieve strong and long-lasting HR solutions which have real commercial benefits, saving the company’s time and money.
