Gus has spent the last 30 plus years working with people. Having managed and owned an international recruitment business he has sourced and placed hundreds of people nationally and internationally. His experience has led him to develop a recruitment service that offers real value and unmatched customer service. He applies the same care and effort with his clients as he has done when choosing his own staff for his businesses.

As a young CEO I began working with Gus in 2018. His experience is invaluable and he quickly put me at ease. Jenny Wallage
Jenny has spent her whole career supporting people to excel and become more than they think they can be. She has been an Executive Leader in Marks and Spencer where she had key responsibility for People Policy, Occupational Health and Employee Engagement. She left to set up her own UK consultancy working with multiple organisations to help them achieve strong and long-lasting HR solutions which have real commercial benefits, saving the company’s time and money. She has worked with many sectors and size of company, some who may or may not have an HR presence.
We focus on leaving a legacy, we want to ensure the best HR solution to benefit the company and the people. We listen carefully to clients needs and look to offer a bespoke solution that adds real value.
Jenny has strong business acumen. She helped me understand the requirement for commercial measured HR output. She helped me install the plan, and coached me along the way
Jenny is also a specialist in dispute resolution, and is a trained mediator. She sits on Employment Tribunals and knows how stressful employment situations can be. Although she is professional and non judgemental, she understands the impact of when things can go wrong and does her best to mitigate risk.
Jenny is a master at solving internal problems. She has helped resolve the most complex disputes without going to litigation
Jenny became an accredited coach following multiple requests from her clients, to help support her clients. She has a range of clients who she coaches, and also works as a coach with outplacement and redeployment organisations. Jenny loves people and is supportive, challenging and inspiring. She builds confidence in others to ensure they can reach maximum potential in their work. She has a practical approach in her application to coaching. She is intuitive, emotionally intelligent and excellent at developing relationships and building rapport with individuals and groups at all levels and positions.
